My Approach

My approach is a bit like a well-brewed cup of tea: warm, comforting, and tailored just for you.

I’m an integrative therapist, which is a fancy way of saying I mix and match different approaches to therapy to suit your needs. Think of it as a personalised recipe for self-discovery – with you as the star ingredient.

That said, I predominantly work with the Person-Centred Modality, which is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to explore whatever’s on your mind – no judgment, no pressure, just empathy and understanding. I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and regularly engage in supervision to ensure safe, ethical practice.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, but I believe that taking this step is a powerful act of self-care. Embarking on therapy is a courageous step and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we navigate your journey together.
